Wessex Metrology has added industrial strength sensing

The inclusion of measurement solutions from Promess/HP Metec –
a world leader in gauging systems – adds a new dimension to
the company’s metrology portfolio, enabling it to meet the

experience, Wessex Metrology will work with Promess/HP Metec to
define optimised application-specific metrology system solutions

integration, these multi-point measurement systems combine the exceptional
linearity of HP Metec’s monobloc gauging elements with advanced
data collection and analysis systems from Promess. The resulting
high integrity measurement systems go beyond simple data logging
to full shop-floor-based data collection and analysis. Promess/HP
Metec systems are in use in a wide variety of applications, such
as differential part comparison and camshaft thrust measurement.
